Please inspect your package upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately and we will address your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. For returns and exchanges, please contact mokapit.info@gmail.com

Returns

To initiate a return, you can contact us at mokapit.info@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return label and return address by email.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return/exchange. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you and if it is not, you can certainly contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in unused condition and come with the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

We do not accept returns that are sent back directly by you without confirmation with us.

If your return is the result of a product quality issue, we will refund the full cost of the item and cover the return logistics costs.

If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear and tear, we will issue a partial refund less the original shipping and return shipping costs

After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned package, we will contact you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned in the same way you originally paid.

It is important to let you know that it will also take 3-10 business days for your bank card or credit card company to process the refund.
