Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

We will schedule shipments within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not schedule shipments on weekends when our warehouse is closed.

In general, you can receive your package within 3-5 business days. If affected by bad weather or epidemic, the delivery time may be delayed.

After we ship your order, we will post a tracking code on the order or email you a tracking number that you can track on the chosen carrier's website.



Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.


Shipping Areas

Currently, we can only ship within the contiguous United States, Canada, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, and excluding any military, PO Box, APO, and FPO destinations.

If you must use one of these addresses, shipping to non-domestic areas of the U.S. and Canada is $100-$300. Please contact Customer Service before placing your order to inquire about shipping availability and specific shipping methods or delivery charges.


Delivery Method
We use FedEx, UPS, USPS to send our orders.
We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
